Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you buy Beat the Bots, why we collect it, and what your rights are. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a PDF and email it to you, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
Who we are
The seller and data controller is My Creator, Italy, VAT IT 12433831000. You can reach us at info@mycreator.it. We are an Italian business selling to customers worldwide, primarily in the United States.
What we collect
- Your email address (and your name, if you provide it) at checkout.
- Order data: what you bought, when, the amount paid, and the delivery status of your download links.
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) generated by our hosting provider to run and secure the site.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see your full card number.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe (payments): processes your card and payment details under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS.
- Resend (email): delivers your purchase email and order-related messages to the address you gave us.
- Our hosting provider: runs the website and stores order records.
These providers process data on our behalf and under contract. We don't share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.
Cookies and tracking
Right now the site uses only essential cookies: the ones needed to complete checkout. No analytics trackers, no third-party advertising cookies.
If we run advertising in the future (for example Meta ads on Facebook or Instagram), we may add the Meta Pixel or similar measurement tools. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before those tools are activated, and this policy will be updated to reflect them.
How long we keep your data
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to (for Italian businesses, typically up to 10 years). Email addresses used for delivery are kept as part of the order record. We don't keep anything longer than we need to.
Your rights
If you're in the EU or your data is otherwise covered by the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (GDPR articles 15 to 21). You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you're in California or another US state with a privacy law: we do not sell or share your personal information as those laws define it. We honor access and deletion requests regardless of where you live.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@mycreator.it. We'll respond within 30 days.
International transfers
We are based in the EU; most of our customers and some of our providers (like Stripe and Resend) are in the United States. Where personal data moves between the EU and the US, we rely on standard contractual safeguards and our providers' recognized transfer mechanisms.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
