How to request a refund

Email info@mycreator.it and include the email address you used at checkout. That's it. We refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

Yes, even though it's a digital download

This is a digital product, delivered instantly, and you can download everything in the first five minutes. The 30-day refund still applies. That's a deliberate choice: we'd rather you buy without fear than hesitate over $27.
